it's been busy here. we have a baby. her name is claudia, and she is beautiful.
she's about seven weeks old now and surprisingly, life has not come to a screeching halt. writing is still happening. knitting is still happening. thinking is still happening.
you may note that much of my flickr account has become "friends and family" only. (if you are not a "friend" or "family" to me on flickr, you won't see any real warning other than that things won't look very updated.)
if you would like to be made a flickr "friend" so that you can see some baby pictures, please just e mail me. there's no entry exam. we just wanted to keep things a little under control. so if you are the kid who hit me on the head with a hee-haw lunch box in 1974, or were my housemate in england in the late eighties (two examples of people who have, believe it or not, e mailed me unexpectedly in the last six weeks), or even anybody else that "random", as the kids say, please drop me a line.
